  1. +1 for Millgate We cover the UK so if you would like to discuss feel free to give me a call or drop me a pm etc, Thanks,
  2. You can buy encrypted USB sticks that will handle more than 20GB and you can't get in to them without the password. I have one at home and it would be ideal for what you need. They are not particularlily cheap with an 8GB costing about £25-£30 but if this becomes a regular thing it'd be a worthwhile investment.
  3. Morning Reg, We do this kind of support although I wouldn't commit to any pricing until I speak to the solutions team. I'll have a word with the guys and call you with some info later today. Cheers,
  4. Hi Scotyboy Our engineers offer a migration service which for the peace of mind you get is well worth the cost. PM or drop me a mail if you would like someone to call to discuss/quote on migration services. Thanks,
  5. Nearly all the major manufacturers will have a model that will suit. In the end it will come down to price and preference, NEC have a few pretty good options in that range but no matter what you are looking at upwards of £3k. If you would like recommendations then room dimensions combined with a site map and some photos to establish room brightness would go a long way to making sure you are getting the correct unit as from the information given people will recommend what they have but they don't know how dark or bright your room is in order to establish the lumens of the projector and only a supplier can pull out the catalogue which compares the models side by side to make sure the throw ratio gives you the best resolution at the screen size and distance you need. Ideally you need an AV engineer out to survey the site and compile the information needed to calculate the correct specs. Feel free to inbox me if you want to discuss your choices.
  6. Hi Synaesthesia, That is too good to be true as far as I can tell. From what I can see that price range is questionable as they are over £3k at distribution and there doesn't appear to be any stock in UK distribution either. If it is a brand new line that could explain the stock issues. I'd be interested to see if you do manage to get one at that price though.
  7. Hi RobD, If you need to compare any of those choices via price pm me with your choices and I'll hook you up.
  8. If the right hand lane was free then surely he would have overtaken you which is legal? If you move into the right hand lane lane at the same time as he decides to overtake then there will likely be an accident hence the failure. I failed my first test for waving at a friend whilst parked at some lights The instructor thought I was waving someone across and that is a no no.
  9. I have done jobs in situations similar to this at few schools such as one where we dug up a road to run some fibre and another where we connected 2 buildings by fibre using a catenary wire but both were on the schools property so we never had the headache of dealing with the LA. The catenary option worked out cheaper on private property based on a 75m run against wireless though so maybe worth a call to the council to find out if running catenary wire would be ok?
  10. We sell toner. Just putting that out there in case anyone wasn't aware. Free delivery and I personally sell loads into my customers and can't remember the last time I lost on a toner quote.
  11. I got £20 vouchers in a card in Nov and bought a laundry basket that has seperate compartments for lights and darks. I considered it a valid purchase :-)
  12. Why has it stopped working?
  13. Hi James, As you are using TMG it may be worth looking at Forefront UAG, although this is soon to be killed off by Microsoft in the same way that TMG is, it’s still supported officially till the end of April 2015. If you have any 2012 R2 Servers you could always look at the remote access role with the Web Application Proxy. If you would like to talk to a solutions expert at Millgate please let me know.
  14. I agree! I only fill 1 wheelie bin per month even with 2 large dogs. I would tax those electric cigarettes, they are just encouraging people to never break the addiction to nicotine.
  15. There are a couple of Smart options yes. 1 that flips the way you decribe and a smaller one that is fixed. Promethean do one and so do clevertouch so I imagine so would Ctouch. If would like quotes based on your budget inbox me and I'll put some price comparisons together.
  16. Meraki do a free MDM but I personally think lightspeed is better. Check it out here and if you need pricing on it PM me. Mobile Device Management | Lightspeed Systems
  17. I'll inbox you with a quote if that's ok?
  18. Do you have a budget?
  19. One question, are you wanting touch screen?
  20. Hi Reg, I'm your account manager at Millgate and for this I would recommend the VeryPC Glide. I can also do other options if you prefer so if you would like a quote let me know and I'll e-mail you. Cheers,
  21. Not really my bag but I am a Photoshop wizard so if you would like a design please let me know?
  22. If you want an extra name in that mix I sell Adobe regularly and happen to be a bit of a Photoshop guru myself. If you would like a quote just PM me
  23. You can get 3 year warranties with zoostorm. If you would like a quote on these machines we are partnered with the UK distributor of zoostorm. synaesthesia is right about the windows too, I know a few people who had been led to believe the EES was a license to load windows on a machine whereas in actual fact is is an upgrade license only valid on machines with a windows license.
  24. I'd be more than happy to provide you with a quote. PM me and once I know requirements I'll get an engineer to work out some specs and look at current deals. £2500 should get you a decent enough bit of kit.
  25. I can look at this for you. If you want to PM me with details on what kind of spec you are looking for?
