Every Day? Sounds like a lot of work to me. I prefer to run 5k's and only because it's a quicker way of making my dogs tired.

It's well known if you want to grow naturally to a decent size you need to train legs. If you can put an inch on your legs it'll mean half an inch to an inch everywhere else. I hate leg days because it makes running and sparring really painful. I still do it though, I think I'm just addicted to pain.

I have that same vest! Most of the guys at my gym have skinny legs like that. I did leg day yesterday lunch and then ran 6 miles with the dogs last night and aside from the blister I have aquired on the foot I am walking like i'm riding an imaginary horse. I understand why guys don't train their legs but I still laugh at them when thye don't. Just like people who don't train laugh at me when I do

There was a guy in the gym yesterday that was massive and had skinnier legs than Gru!

That's a good question. I always turn everything off at the plug though. Not because I'm worried about fire but because I'm worried it is actually using my precious electricity.

This is why it's important not to scrimp on cheap compatible cables. They are usually cheap because they are made from substandard materials which are not really fit for purpose. Don't take the risk!
