Hi all, Just wondering if anyone uses Ricoh printers with Equitrac Express that could help with a few issues we are having. Some laptops randomly disconnect from the printers and the print spooler needs restarting. PDFs have a habit of not printing with the Follow-You system. Also we can't print selected pages from a document. If anyone can give any help or ideas would be much appreciated. Cheers.

Not sure I'm in the right forum here but wonder if anyone has any ideas. We are just looking at getting more android devices for our school and wondering what MDMs people are using. At the moment we have 32 devices and are just using Google Play to manage them but would be nice to have a system to do things like bulk app installation and things. Cheers

Looking at the task sequence it was deployed to all machines for media and pxe, i deleted those deployments and set up a deployment for my build and capture collection and it seems to working now, its just capturing the reference machine now.

Yeah I'm using a VM for my build and captures, I've checked the logs and there is nothing about why its failed to capture, the only errors there seem to be are application installation failures. We are not using SCCM software updates either.

I have tried putting our KMS key into the task sequence but it fails. When it does not capture it will not login either it comes up with a User Profile Error. Also the reference machine is never joined to our domain.

We do not activate Windows in our task sequences, they are activated after deployment through our KMS server. There is a Windows 7 image/task sequence on our server that was made by the person that used to work here, which is set up in the same way and has made a successful capture. I just can not see whats wrong/different.

Hi All, I'm having trouble with capturing a Windows 7 image using SCCM 2012 R2. I have built the task sequence and it builds fine but something happens after preparing the ConfigMgr Client and preparing the OS. It does not fail with any error code though, it just does not go through the capturing process. I have a Windows 8.1 task sequence for build and capture set up and running absolutely fine. Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue or knows how to fix this. We are using SCCM 2012 R2 for our deployent. To get our custom images to deploy we run a build and capture task sequence. This runs fine without error and on the reference machine most of the applications (including Office 2013) are installed. We then deploy this image to our machines through a deployment task sequence. However, once the image is deployed the applications that were installed on the reference machine are not installed after the deployment task sequence. Any help on this would be great, cheers
