The 7372 is a superior AP: Supports 2x2:2 MIMO Offers up to 15dB of interference mitigation (compared to 10dB on the 7363) Capable of supporting up to 500 simultaneous client connections (pinch of salt needed here as throughput would be a touch limited in this situation) Support for 30 simultanous VoiP Clients (compared to 20 on the 7363) Comes with it's own mounting bracket included, on the 7363 this is an additional product It's still in the Introduction/ Growth stage of it's life cycle Having said that the 7363 is an extremely proficient AP and is the most widely deployed within the UK currently. In short both are ideally suited to deployment within education and providing multi-class fast, reliable access. Thanks, Mark

To clarify our position we're happy to work with all types of master both renegade and conventional. I'm a touch disappointed no one has yet picked up on the Kylie & Jason reference...

I think line 1 of the T&C's covers that one Nephilim i.e. a controller must be purchased at the same time as the AP's.

Especially for Edu, Ruckus have brought back one of their most popular offers (alas not the 2 for 1, those were the days; when WiFi stretched as far as the eye could see, when 2.4GHz was uncongested and tablets were something you took for hay fever....), very straight forward: Buy 8 Access Points, get 2 free! Access Points included in this offer are; 7363 - Concurrent dual-band (5GHz/2.4GHz), 2x2 7372 - Concurrent dual-band (5GHz/2.4GHz), Two-stream MIMO 2x2:2 7982 - Concurrent dual-band (5GHz/2.4GHz), Three-stream MIMO 3x3:3, Capable of supporting over 500 clients Conditions for the offer are: 1. A controller MUST be purchased and licensed to the appropriate number of AP's. 2. AP's MUST ALL be of the same type. 3. Watchdog Support MUST be taken on the controller. As ever CP Ltd are backing this offer up with Free Site Surveys, market leading pre/post purchase support and our famous relaxed, no pressure approach. Contact your account manager to arrange demo hardware, site surveys & pricing, or email [email protected]

and finally- the 3050 educational bundles, these are still available until 30th June 2013, these represent great value with 25 AP's and a ZoneDirector 3050, with 5 Years Premium Support, coming in at a fraction of the normal price. This bundle wont be extended further so get in touch ASAP to take advantage.

Superb news, we're glad it's all running smoothly (note we'd kept schtum until now!)

@sparkeh I shouldn't worry- I've heard far, far worse on support calls trust me! Glad we've got you sorted. Mark

I know what you mean, I actually had to think for a moment about what they were referring to. I may be slightly senile but I think we used to have them in the UK? Wolfen

I had to share this, I feel this has already changed my life. If you all know these tricks already, I doff my cap in your general direction. J . Wolf 99 Life Hacks to make your life easier! - Imeimei

Agreed, that and manufacturer's support hotlines.

Hello Edugeek. I'd like to say a quick Hi, my first post since joining the team at CP Ltd. I'm sure I'll pop up from time to time with offers and incentives based around our product ranges. As we all know HP are incumbent at pretty much every place of work these days, we've dodged them by running Brother (HL-2150N's) in the office. However you approach sourcing your Inks/Toners you will be aware that prices are (and have been for a good few years) pretty steep. For the next month or so HP are offering cashback on a large range of toners, granted it won't turn anyone into HP converts....but it could rescue enough budget for some Hob-Nobs. Just confirmed it is comma and then no space so: "BYOD-Staff,Staff" Thanks, Mark

Hi Tim, for the first one you'd need to set Grace Period as 480 to give 8 hours. Just clarifying the string format for you. Thanks

I'd definitely recommend the 3M- in a past life used these daily with work and having tried a few different manufactures came back to the 3M due to the strength and lack of residue when your remove them. Mark

Afternoon Edugeek, As many of you will be aware Ruckus have recently released the 9.5.1.0.50 firmware, for those of you supported by CP please visit your support portal to download and stay up to date: CP Ruckus Support Any issues please don't hesitate to contact your account manager Thanks, Team CP
