I Am an IT Apprentice for a school in Lincolnshire and we use spice works and its so easy to use even most of the staff know how to send in a help-desk request and the actual software you use to receive is really easy two, i would highly recommend using spiceworks.

Hey Guys, I Cannot figure why this is happening , One one of our windows 7 PC's outlook keeps on crashing about 3 times a day and the only way to get it working again is two restart the PC. Is there a reason why this is happening ? should i uninstall the Microsoft package and re-install the software again? Thanks http://staticc2.cdngeek.net/images/smilies/smile.png

If i was to do a IT Technician Job at a secondary school, what kind of courses should i look into to do while im working there ???

Hello Guys, I am currently working as a part time IT Technician in a school , as well as being a full time Sixth Form Student. The time is coming for me to finish education and i am hoping to stay at school to be a full time IT Technician, Someone suggest to go the Head with a plan of some sort, Now i would like to do an Open Degree whilst working but i am not sure what courses would be available to do so, Basically what courses would suit an IT Technician Job. Ideas Please Thanks
