Cheers Nick, Sorry I saw and updated SQL file and a provider added in the config and just presumed.

I have executed the HAP SQL file which has added the tables to my HAP SQL database and I have updated the provider in the hapconfig.xml file to read the same as the tracker (provider="SQLConnectionString") but it doesn't seem to be using the SQL database. Any Ideas?

Hi Nick, I have done the above and I get the "Could not find a base address that matches scheme http for the endpoint with binding WebHttpBinding. Registered base address schemes are [https]." Seems like it still wants the HTTP Binding, If I add the HTTP Binding back but remove the line it works again, is this the correct behaviour or is there something wrong with the web.config if it is still requiring the HTTP binding?

@nickbro Hi Nick, I had HAP+ 10 preview 2 working fine with the above advice, I have now updated to the preview 3 for testing and receive the error show below. Any ideas? or has something been added to the preview 3 that could be causing the error?

@nickbro I have HTTPS which works fine for version 9.5.831.2140, If I add HTTP it breaks my live 9.5 version but then my test version 10 works correctly. Is there a way to resolve this so that I can have both running together to test version 10

Just wondering if anyone might have a suggestion for the above issue? I am trying to test HAP+ version 10 before moving over to a live site. Any help is appreciated.

Hi there, I am installing HAP+ Version 10 along side my current version 9 install for testing purposes. However, I seem to be receiving the errors seen in the below screen shots when accessing: /api/setup (/api/test returns OK) If I add the HTTP binding it fixes the services activated for version 10 but then my version 9 starts to play up because I've added the HTTP binding, it starts to flash as mentioned in a previous post. I have had two different versions of HAP+ 9 running together before but both of these required the HTTP binding not to be there but version 10 seems to want it. Is there any way to have them running alongside each other for testing of version 10?

@nickbro Thumbs up Nick, your always one step ahead. However, the download link doesn't seem to work for the DirectEdit downloader, also would it be available in msi format so it could be deployed, no worries if not just thought I'd check that one.

+1 Secure Edit I think the secure edit feature looks like a good addition to HAP+, I think my staff would love it. Fantastic idea @nickbro.

@nickbro Would it be possible to integrate it so that you could add a drive mapping that would effectively be the Google Docs and show documents in your Google drive or is that not possible with Google API's etc?

@peterp Version 10 is still being completed by Nick & Paul. From what I read on another post yesterday, Paul has a few changes to make that Nick is waiting on. It looks really good though all the updates that are coming along with v10, can't wait.

Hi Nick, I have just gone to download the 9.7 upgrade from the codeplex site and it appears to be downloading HAP+ Web v9.6.0929.1500 Upgrade.zip when clicking on the link to download the latest version. Just thought I'd let you know.

Ahh right, I thought that might be the case. If a solution to this ever crops up it would be a great addition to HAP+, thanks Nick, as always.

@nickbro Would it be possible to ask for this as a feature request? or is it not possible to implement this kind of feature?

Sorry Nick, clicked enter before I typed the message but thanks for clearing that up. Is there any way it could ignore the request from AD and let the user in as the password technically hasn't expired?

@nickbro Would I be right in saying that the canshare function has been enabled for laptops now? If so there appears to be a slight glitch, I have 16 laptops, when I book 8, instead of saying there are 8 left for booking it says there are 16 available still.

@nickbro I have done a little more digging since yesterday and it appears that it is to do with the 9.6 upgrade I think, I'd just forgot to clear my cache and recycle the app pool etc when trying it yesterday. What I've found is that there's a random green line appearing when you click on the booking system towards the left hand side as shown in the image below and my previous post. The picture above shows the green line on the booking slider, if you go to click on the book button and hover over the green line the button is inactive where the green line appears, depending on where the line appears depends on what issue occurs. Yesterday it was appearing over lesson 1 which caused the rest of the lessons to become inactive, I couldn't select them at all. I've tested this in Firefox, Chrome, IE9, Safari on Mac/PC/iPad/iPhone, All browsers have the same issue. If you move your finger around on the mobile devices the green line moves around almost like a layer on top. If you have any suggestions as to the issue it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nick, I upgraded to 9.6 this morning and now I am only able to select lesson 1 to book equipment and resources, I don't believe this is actually an issue with 9.6 as I have not gone back to the previous release using the backup I took prior to upgrading and the issue is still there. There also seems to be a green line appearing down the column as well but no errors when I open up firebug. Any ideas? Many thanks

@nickbro Any update on this one or should I disable shared bookings at the moment until there is a fix available
