Unrelated almost, so i apologise for that, but looking at that report you created with Veeam One, i thought it would be good for us to have. i installed it to play with but I don't understand what to put in the veeam one server popup box?

We have RM CC4 Anywhere and use this to access RMMC on machines it not installed onto, or if you have enough ram why not have a virtual CC4 station on your machine.

Thanks so much for your help. Tried one of the mirrored drives in a caddy and my laptop couldn't read it, could see it was a 1tb disk but thats it, am going to try putting the raid card and hdd's in my other pc and hopefully be able to read them to suck data off. My other question was, which i meant to write last night but was in too much of a state :-( , should i try connecting everything back up with a different motherboard and hope windows server does some magic and sorts itself out?

Hi all, my home server died on me tonight, looking for some help and advice if anyone can. The motherboard is dead it seems I've checked all the normal stuff but nothing, light comes on but no response to pressing power button, tried a spare PSu I had lying around and still nothing. Annoyingly I was saving up for a new one to replace this but looks like my wallet didn't grow quick enough. In there I had a star tech PCI raid card with 2x1tb hdds mirrored in raid1, how can I get to the data on these drives? I have a hdd caddy but was worried about just plugging it in? Secondly I had 2 other hard drives set up as a spanned volume in windows (home server 2012) is there anyway I can get the data back from that volume? Windows itself was installed on another hdd in the machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Spend all day telling people to backup your backups!!!!!!

Yes we are using a proxy, it used to work fine on auto detect settings, i've tried manually inputting them as well. My permissions seem all ok. Web app is no good for me really, i edit lots of different files and want them to sync without the need of me manually uploading them.

Mine worked linked through to a folder on my D: drive in my machine up until last friday, don't know whats changed, i've checked and nothing really has!! I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but to no avail. Just loops, goes back to login screen, but on my dropbox account online it ends up showing the computer connected.

Morning all, Happy new year to everyone. Sorry if this is in the wrong section? Looking for a recommendation for a benching/desk company for an IT room in the west midlands ideally, or someone who will come over this way. Ideally we just want worktops fitted and installed or similar rather than bespoke desks. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

+1 fpr the two Epson projectors they're brilliant, the filters are really easier to get out and clean as well. Not to mention the quick corner feature which is amazing! -
Never used it for work use, used it at home (rebadged as "KnowHow Cloud" from PCWorld) and worked flawlessly for me.

I'm finding that having an SSD in the machines makes a massive performance difference, its crazy for the little amount of extra money.

Google Searches are unfiltered

Hi, we had this problem two weeks ago and our council blocked google access for a number of days until this was resolved. In the end they have blocked the use of https google.https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/186669?hl=enThis article may help, we use netsweeper and had to ensure that the "Safe Search" and "Search Keyword" filters were ticked as well to ensure it blocked it. -
I think you may be right!!! - Lovely!!!! - Thank you for your help!!! Guess i'm stripping out the bedroom and going in the loft to get the carpet cleaner out. Thank you again. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Varied_carpet_beetle

ERM there probably about 5mm long by about 2mm wide. There very small, we originally thought it was just fluff until we looked closer. There's probably been about 15 in last few days. Keep appearing near a wall in our bedroom but I can't see no holes. There is an air vent with a cover though. As far as behaviour goes they seem to crawl the floors but then we catch then or hoover them up. Only today for the first time has one crawled up a wall. That I've seen anyway.

Well I don't think there very nice for invading my house for starters haha! But all i meant was that they don't look particularly nice.

Hi all, really really weird off topic post, but does anyone know what this is.... I've had a couple appear in my house recently, and have no idea what it is, or where they're coming from, all i know is there not very nice.

Ultra short throw projector to SB880

I've used the Epson EB-470 UST projectors our last few times, depending on where you by them from you sometimes get a three year bulb warranty as well. Bit complicated to install but very reliable. RM are doing a 5 year warranty on it at the moment, says on the RM spec about the 3 year lamp warranty as well. Epson EB 470 - LCD projector - The No.1 Choice for Education | RM Shop -
