Hi guys. Im trying to fix a pc which is infected with viruses and has no internet even though is connected to the network. Malawarebytes usually does the trick but this time doesn't. Every time I scan with Malawarebytes it finds loads of viruses. What program shall I use? Thanks

Hi guys. We have some laptops that cut out in themiddle of the lesson. These laptops are connected to a Netgear wnap350 which controlledby a netgear WC7520. When I say cut out I mean user lose their networkconnections and their desktop only shows the recycle bin. After this they haveto restart the laptops to reconnect. I checked the event ID and there are quitea number of errorsJbut I’m not sure if any actually to do with this problem. After joining the laptop to the domain I logged in as the administrator than I installed it so I think yes. There was no option for current or all users

Yes I did that. After that I even created a new shortcut, pasted the location to start in and moved the shortcut into the profile but still didn't work.

I think it says that it does not exist which I found odd as I know it is installed!

Hi guys. I came across with a shortcut issue while I was setting up some laptops in a new school that we have just started to support. Here is the setup: The users have identical desktop and start menus. I setup couple of new Toshiba laptops to replace existing ones. I installed MS Office 2010 and some other programs then I logged in as the user. The shortcuts for any of the MS Office programs were not working. It said that the program not installed. Than I thought it must be to do with the fact that the laptop is 64bit and the shortcuts are for 32bit. So I created the shortcuts on the laptop and I copied them to shared area where the other shortcuts were. After I logged in as the user but the new shortcuts were not working either. Then I thought it might be to do with the start in bit in the shortcut so I gave the exact location of the program but that didn’t work either. Lastly I created a completely new shortcut pointing to the exe file like word before creating it I tested the location by pasting into the browser which worked so then I created this shortcut but frustratingly the shortcut was still not working. Any ideas? Thanks

How do you do that?Ive just used the software and manually installed it on each laptop. Never used the tool to deploy them. Thanks

Morning guys. I have just updated a laptop from windows 8 to windows 8.1 and Im trying to update classic shell for the start menu but getting this error. The windows installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows installer is not correctly installed. Any ideas? Thanks
