The user I had problems with just managed to sign in. Is anyone else's problem solved or is it just a fluke?

I seem to have the same problem. Only one user at moment that I know of! The description in the admin panel does not seem to be related to the problem. I have a service request in so I will see MS say and report back.

@Destinova we are running 9.4.0.0 build 110. Are you on the same version? I think it is a OS problem rather than a ruckus problem. I upgraded a working mac to 10.8.2 and it stopped working. I have a ticket n with Ruckus support so lets see what they say.

Hi All I am having some trouble with the hotspot service on a Ruckus ZD1100. We have it set up so that a pupil or Teacher can connect to a hotspot service, called "Activate". Once connected it will automatically redirect your browser to a Ruckus page witch asks for login. Now comes the problem. When I try to put a macbook trough this "activation" proses it does not display the ruckus page. Safari freezes. It loads up about half way and then just stops, no errors, just a blank page. I tested it on a few different browsers but no luck. I even tried typing the IP in manually but it has the same problem. The hotspot service works perfectly fine on all other devices (ipad, iphone, android, windows) it even works on earlier of OSX (10.6 and earlier). I was just wondering if somebody else is experiencing the same problem or know how to fix it.
