  1. There's support options now - both directly and through approved and certified third parties.
  2. Yes - you're not moving domain registrar just changing with the registrar which DNS servers are used.
  3. It depends how much hand-holding you need etc but we've run Unifi APs and switches for years and I've never been in their forums begging for answers. As pointed out you can buy support either directly from them or via companies such as 4Gon. Even if you paid for support they would still be far cheaper than the alternatives.
  4. Yes Aruba 5406r ZL2 and 5412r ZL2.
  5. The core - our Unifi switches are our edge/access switches.
  6. True, however I don’t think we’ve ever maxed out a 10Gb uplink even when imaging. That said imaging is getting less and less relevant these days. Unifi does support LACP if you need it however.
  7. We directly feed each and then use a DAC uplink between them for resilience - STP takes care of it.
  8. With the UI for Unifi being web based stacking isn't an issue we've ever had - you can still give them redundant links and let spanning tree take care of disabling the redundant one until its needed.
  9. Google are launching a tool that may do what you need if you have Workspace Plus - Class Tools.
  10. If you have a recent example you can get Google support to tell you more about why it's being quarantined by logging a ticket with them.
  11. What's the reason given for it being in quarantine? I think you need to be really careful adding allowlist rules - you're effectively stripping away security and verification - best practice has been for a while not to add domains to allowlists etc.
  12. Google has DLP and we've got it implemented.
  13. I think it's very hard to compare as you'd have to be an experienced expert in both platforms - I'd be interested in which security features you feel M365 has which are light years ahead of the Google offering.
  14. Whilst I did mean both parts it was particularly in response to "An advantage in my opinion of M365 is that students will be using (teacher quote) 'real-world tools'. e.g. When they go out out to work or uni, it's unlikely they'll be encountering Google" I personally don't have an issue with the appearance of Google Workspace, in fact I've never heard anyone mention that they think it needs more "eye candy".
  15. That's a somewhat dated view.
  16. There's no requirement in the Computing/Computer Science curriculum for M365.
  17. We'd massively recommend Salamander - it's superb.
  18. Indeed, we were talking about your competitor's online community before you butted in to make it all about Bromcom again.
  19. It's posts like this that make me roll my eyes. We were talking positively about your competitor - you don't need to jump in with the childish "we're just as good" posts - I've been supportive of Bromcom in the past when others haven't on here but stuff like this is an own goal.
  20. Nothing's perfect but it is really good and their self service site with videos etc is really good too.
  21. I see inconsistent behaviour on this - I see hand in within the Classroom interface but turn in on the toolbar in Docs of a document that's part of an assignment.
  22. Can you upload a screenshot?
  23. We just use the built in functionality - we're trying to reduce the number of different third party services in use.
  24. You'll need Arbor Payments Plus to do this.
  25. Will do - probably need to do some further digging here to find out which exact site they're finding working.
