There has been talk of asset management in Kayako v4 but nothing officially confirmed. We are using Kayako at the moment and a spreadsheet for asset management as I've yet to find a decent all-in-one product. Kayako is a great Helpdesk though, nothing else even comes close to it IMO.

Kayako eSupport integrates with AD, however it's not free. Nothing even comes close to Kayako IMO. I think they might even do some special educational pricing.

There isn't a BBC iPlayer app? iTap works really well as an RDP client

Take a look at SmarterMail it is one of the best Windows mail servers around in my opinion, it also has migration tools to move away from Merak. There is also a free edition available which might be suitable for you requirements.

There is no such thing as "unlimited" so why are you offering it? Would you walk into PC World and find an unlimited hard disk? So are you misleading customers in paying for something you cannot physically offer As per the distance selling regulations you need to display a valid postal address and telephone number on your website. You also appear to be using a cracked/cloned/un-licenced copy of Kayako SupportSuite. Wishing you every success with your new venture.

In vBulletin v3 I'm pretty sure "Quick Links" used to have "Todays Posts".

Any decent hosting control panel system (Helm, DotNetPanel, Plesk) will provide your clients with the facility to set-up scheduled tasks.
