We had this recently with netgear switches. It was underpowered ports. Had a few Poe + injectors around and swapped them over and it worked fine.

Does the website load ok if you browse to the ip address?

Sounds like some kind of syncing problem having not moved the students up a year. Isn’t the options a service in sims service manager. Or it uses one of them. We used options for a short time but didn’t get on with it

I would upgrade before doing much. Going to be worth getting a usb c hub to give you a few more USB ports.

Are you sure you can’t stay on perpetual. Sounds link it’s only if you want the free hosting. Still on a Perpetual License? Perpetual users must switch to an annual subscription to benefit from a 1 year free license + 1 year free hosting. It's a no brainer as the annual maintenance fee on perpetual licenses is now the same cost as a subscription. For a limited time we are also allowing customers with expired maintenance to switch (15.5 users)! To upgrade your perpetual license to an annual subscription: Login to the Customer Portal. Navigate to ‘Subscriptions’ Click ‘Trade-In’ and ‘Convert this subscription’ If you don’t have your customer portal login: Check what email is associated with your license key by logging into the management console. Reset the password. If you want to change your license’s email address, login to your 3CX Portal, and select your license.

I was aware about 3 months ago we got a email about the fqdn requiring the update. Had a reminder in the last week or so.

We have used 3cx single site with 70-80 extensions for 2 years now. We have found it great and have made huge use of the 3cx phone app for remote workers. Not really got a bad thing to say about it.

We use 3CX can be hosted in the cloud or in a virtual server of your own on windows or Linux. We have 70-80 handsets and a lot of remote workers working via android or iOS app now. Couldn’t recommend it more. So so easy to setup and run. You can download and install for free with 2 concurrent calls to do some testing.
