@rad @psbresner take a look at [ROM/MOD 4.0.4][stable Android 4.0.4 with good video recording][v3.2 21.02.2013] - xda-developers Its ICS with working Video and Camera. Its awesome! It also uses the SD card for storage so no space problems. Latest version 3.3 requires 4EXT recovery though, but 4EXT recovery is awesome as well.

Belt and braces. If possible check you can restore you really dont want to make the problem any worse. Maybe you need to level with them about how long this is going to take and how much it is going to cost? Could you quote them for giving them a server they can log onto from some machines? Then a quote to add an additional machine and separate quotes for setting up additional things might ease the shock a bit.

Its two weeks away but if you dont want to wait, make sure when you are talking to you mobile provider they are aware that you know there is a new phone in two weeks and you dont expect to be paying the top price for your contract.

Good point Nick. Its my fault, I had forgotten what server I configured HAP on. Was looking for hapConfig.xml on the wrong server.
