Hi Apologies if I've missed a thread that already has this covered. I've had a couple of phones in today and neither of them can connect to our exchange server using the standard Exchange mail app. A phone running any earlier version of 4.x works fine. Is this a known problem and if so, is there a work-round? Thanks for any advice Andrew

We use Office 2010 as the site standard but we also have full installs of OpenOffice and LibreOffice on every PC in the school and fully support the file formats so that students who don't have M$ office at home aren't inconvenienced.

Social golfer playing off a 2 handicap, was playing off 1 about 10 years ago but not had the time recently to play that often. Play with my hacker mates in the summer evenings at various courses and for the school staff team (although I appear to play off 9 for the school....) Morning all Windows 7 32bit with Office 2010 As it's nearly spring I thought I would look again at the default profile on our Windows 7 PC's ready for the new build over the summer. Everything is installed and good to go but I'm wondering if the following folders are ok to delete or will I bring impending digital doom to my users in September. The largest folders on my radar are as follows:- C:\Users\setup\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java various jdk & jre directories 322Mb C:\Users\setup\AppData\LocalLow\Google\GoogleEarth\unified_cache_leveldb_leveldb2 Lots of 2mb files - 80mb C:\Users\setup\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\extensions 92Mb C:\Users\setup\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages 92Mb C:\Users\setup\AppData\Roaming\OpenOffice.org\3\user\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages 92Mb C:\Users\setup\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail 20Mb Anyone else deleted these and does anyone have any good reference documents as to what else can be removed to speed up the initial logins. Morning all. Does anyone know of a utility to quickly change the screen resolution for users? I want staff to have the option to change screen res without having the rights to right click on the desktop. On a pure software basis I would recommend using Fastcopy FastCopy I use it to do all my server -> disk backups each night and nothing else I have tested comes close for speed. I agree with the others though, it will only be as fast as the slowest bit of your LAN you use to do the copy... Andrew

Usage: Either 10" Android devices running afreerdp connections back to the main site or Windows netbooks again with RDP. Very low level usage and certainly nothing data heavy, just the PE department looking to do live registers. Andrew
