I know it sounds a little stupid, but are you installing the drivers in Normal, or Maintenance Mode? I find that sometimes drivers applied in Normal mode, don't seem to associate properly over reboots.. The other thing that I'd check, is how the USB devices are spread over hubs. In the past, there has been a problem with devices being power hungry and pulling more from the root hub than it can handle (most hubs are happy with <500m A per port).

You can set up a Task Sequence to just push Apps, and run a net use and then the LiteTouch.WSF in your scripts folder, to access the wizard and select the appropriate task sequence..

I wouldn't hold your breath >.< I had Borderlands 2 preordered, and had the shipping email on the 18th of September. It finally arrived on the 25th of September, so I've swapped my preorders to Amazon, who can assure me that it'll be with me on Release Day!
