@BenQ_Chris Hi Chris, we have the same 'Green Screen' issue on a new RE6504 screen. Front panel HDMI works ok, but side panel (HDMI 1 & 2) give a green screen (as described by the original poster @sarge) Is there updated firmware available for the RE6504 model to resolve this issue? Thanks

Hi, I have just transferred junior librarian from an old XP machine to a new windows 7 desktop. I was trying to print new barcode labels for the library books but when I try to open the programme it says Run time Error 339. Component 'ScrollBarAdder6.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. Anyone with any ideas? Thanks

I had this problem - unable to rename a device. I removed the profiles and tried the rename again, which then worked for all ipads I tried. Added profiles back on and tried a rename just to test and it failed again. Seems removing profiles allows the rename to work!

Got the same issue on a Hitachi Ed-A101. Anyone know how to resolve it? Projector was taken down due to a water leak in the ceiling and now we cant get it past the security message. Thanks

Good Morning Edugeekers, My school have been recommended Promethean 65 ActivPanel Touch Version 2 Interactive Displays and I am looking for any feedback (positive or negative) re these interactive screens before we make the final decision. If anyone has one in use in a classroom, how do they perform (image, touch, sound etc). I'd love to hear your experiences using this board. Thanks in advance.

Hello, New build Server 2012 & windows 7 desktops. We use GPO's to redirect the users "My Documents" to their Home folder on the network When I do this by GPO, the Documents entry under Libraries, still points to the (now) empty one on the local disk in the user's profile. C:\users\default\Documents However the 'My Documents' folder shows up in the users networked Home folder. Eventvwr shows that folder redirection is working successfully. The folder is indeed being redirected, but not visible under Libraries. I must be doing something wrong. Any Ideas? Thanks

We have several Samsung tablets, all of which have the same problem with an app called Tapestry. When the devices are in school the app crashes as it posts an observation: Exception Class Name: Java.util.MissingFormatArgumentException Its at a point where its trying to access the internet / Tapestry servers. When tested off-site, they all work ok, so we are presuming there's an issue communicating through the school proxy. Tapestry support say that they can find nothing in the logs, so we are stuck. Any ideas / advice most welcome..... Thanks
