Morning Everyone I've been asked to set up Skype accounts for our staff to use. Does anyone know if it is possible to do in bulk or do I have to set them all up individually. Also if I set up an account with Skype to be able to contact land lines will all my new users be able to share this one account. A little bit of guidance in this would be very much appreciated.

No not as yet. That was to be an option if no-one had another solution.

I have a user, who every time she opens Word it opens it in safe mode. It asks if you want to open the document in safe mode, to which you reply yes and go's away and does a recovery then you are in, albeit in safe mode still. I have tried to run detect and repair a few times but this has no effect, just seems to try to do something with Front Page. I checked the help files about turning this off but what that offered doesn't do anything either. There is nothing disabled. The next time you open word it issues the standard error panel asking if you want to send to Microsoft or not. At this point I ran the debug option which pointed a failure to Visual Studio 2005. When you open this it says that there is an error in a Winword application. I have tried going back to last known good config but no joy there either. Has anyone had this type of problem before? Sorry about being long winded.

I went Thursday and saw the stand but there were a lot of people about chatting, so came back later and there were still a lot of people about chatting. Didn't get chance to come back after that.

I now have my USB activote hubs and my Presenta boards are working a treat with AS3. Thanks for your assistance. Steve

I have a small problem. I have installed Activstudio 3 throughout my school, which is working fine on all the Activboards but I have a couple of Presenta boards on which it doesn't work. I get a message telling me that there isn't an Activboard connected when I try to start Activstudio 3. I still have PX on these PC's which still works. Has anyone else had this problem. I've had a look on the Promethean website but cannot find any relevant info in their knowledge base and haven't got the time to sit a wait for someone to answer the phone. So hopefully one of you lovely people out there has had this problem and can point me in the right direction.

It's true that the quality of the IJT compatibles has gone down hill. Leakages aren't just confined to the colour ones neither. I now use a company called EBM. They are fast and reliable, although a little dearer but the cost is outweighed by the service.

I've used these before. They are a bit of a pain with the emails but I just assigned it to junk mail and emptied the folder when I logged off. Either that or filter them some other way. This will stop you constantly getting emails and if they think that you are getting emails then they will stop sending you faxes and post. Having said all that they are one of the cheapest suppliers about.
