Google started to try to charge for it. So many impressions are free then after that the company starts to incurr a charge. If you imaging how many iphone and ipads out there all have google maps your probably talking mega money! On a lighter note my iPhone 5 just arrived! Wahey!

Looking much better in South Tyneside today, Same issue as adhutton yesterday, good first thing then just lost everything. Half my schools are on today, otehr half still seem to be having connection issues.

Get some proper idiots leaving comments on the Gazette. Been a definate improvement today, dropped off a lot and was pretty slow mid afternoon but seems to be improving again. Internet traffic does seem to be a big problem at the moment. Shame as when it has been working its definately a massive improvement over our old cachepilot system

I ended up using a script to delete the keys that referred to the old folder redirection in the users profile and forcing a reboot.

I have the home directorys specified in AD, but i have the redirections setup in a GPO ie favourites \\server\%username%\favourites Staff desktops \\server\%username%\desktop

I've just bought a second server and installed server 2008r2 to match our existing server. As we are out of space on server1 I have copied all the user data to server2, all the permissions are intacts etc. I assumed redoing the folder redirection for desktop, documents etc would be as simple as updating the policy and updating the group policy. Unfortunately I was massively wrong and no matter what I do I cant get it to update the redirection locations. Could someone point me in the right direction please?

For the sake of not having to mess around and it always been on it might be much easier just to get some cheap access points?

I use EMCO but its not free. Its just the folder you need though. You could just create a network share and run it from that?

You could use AutoIT Its a free scripting program. You can use it to open Internet Explorer and then dump some test in the login boxes

Check the defaults to see what the paper size is set to. All the time i see it set to letter, printing becomes a nightmare as nothing prints as it looks on the screen

Same here, Ive been asked to knock something up but im a bit wary of starting with the 1.5 template if a new 2.5 version is around the corner
