Hi All, After some advice if anyone has seen the same issues as we are experiencing, after securing senso for our secondary school, the computing teachers are stating it's unusable to broadcast due to slow speeds/lagging. We have opened all ports etc, but there is still a considerable lag when you start a broadcast, and then during the broadcast. Has anyone seen this before and any advise will be gratefully received

Does the TV have a built in timer to wake up and select a source, so rather than being on signal start, you just have it set to turn on at the same time? I know LG does, sorry I don't have access to a Samsung to check, so apologies if this is not an option or already been checked.

Hi All, We are moving to be a fully Azure cloud based network, but I'm seeing inconsistent results in auto pilot/intune mostly around the app installs, does anyone have any go to tweaks? I have already set the ESP to time out after 120mins seemed acceptable and also only install office and sophos during the esp, if anyone has any other tweaks to share that would be great

Hi All, We have moved to azure and are struggling to get our printers added as the machines don't authenticate when adding the printers it asked for username and password, When using mobility print which I thought would be the answer our azure credentials are not being accepted so the printer doesn't add, Can anyone offer any advice, it may be easier to have a teams/phone call or just work through on here, In a pickle as schools start back soon and I currently have no printing, universal print doesn't give us the options we need with staples etc so that's not an option unfortunately

Hi All, I seem to be going round in circles trying to write a pac file, We use exa networks and need to filter via the ad route which I can do via a pac file but when I do this it completely breaks in touch communication in sims, Has anyone seen this before or would anyone mind sharing there pac file with me?

Hi All, i have SSO working for the web version of office using myapps.office and also for teams which is installed on the machines but it doesn't seem to auto login the desktop apps for word etc is there a separate setup/policy needed for this do people know? Many thanks in advance!

When ever a staff account attempts to access room bookings i get Error: Unauthorised Access - You have attempted to access a restricted resource Where do i need to set which AD group has access to room bookings? The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because an invalid method (HTTP verb) was used to attempt access.

Hi, All, Advise on this would be great as I think we will agree on start of term, not a great time to be changing booking system, I have the room-booking section almost 100% setup except when I delete a booking I get the prompt asking if I'm sure I press, yes and the booking does not delete has anyone experienced this before?
