They are not as big as you think, mine are two independent stacks that I put away once I am finished with them. I know my mate has quite a large shed that he has converted into his own training room so as to not take up space in the house. Every persons circumstances are different and some people like going to gyms as it spurs them on. I personally like having the equipment at home as I have a two year old so I can put him to bed at night and just go into my work out room, do my workout and get a shower, job done, no travelling back and forth.

Of course you can, you can get a set of squat racks for at home quite cheap on ebay. My mate in school, he's a teacher but I don't hold that against him, squats 77kg and never stepped foot inside a gym.

Don't join a gym, spend your money on equipment for at home. I started lifting a few weeks ago and using this website, Get Stronger With The StrongLifts 5x5 Routine, have progressed quite a bit. the key is to not lift every day and work different muscles every day. You also need to match your diet to your workout. I reduce my calories on my non lift days and base my consumption on lifting days around my workout. Have a look at it.

Installing new PC's and laptops. wiping and rebuilding our Mac server. Moving, re cabling and setting up two IT classes. Finishing adding all of the support staff to next years timetable. possibly having 20 new projectors and smartboards installed. creating all of the new user accounts for next year. backing up and removing all of the old staff and pupil accounts. And they wonder why I want my technician for three weeks instead of two, I do actually want to take a holiday in the summer you now.

I want the kettle, it is soooo cool, or hot, what ever way you see it, lol

I may be a bit boring but it would have to be, Fish and Chips. My one addition would be curry sauce on the side.

School closed to pupils and about half the staff out. A day to image the last of my windows xp laptops.

This is now the second time this has happened and I have heard through some sources that the staff have not been paid this time either. Some suppliers who they had used in the past as Zentek and run up a lot of debts that were left unpaid reluctantly agreed to work with them again. They have now stung the same companies again and left unpaid debts in their wake. I have heard they are starting up under a different iteration of the name Tribune. Anyone who is foolish enough to use this company in the future really is taking a massive gamble when there is other far more reliable companies out there.

Full suit, nightmare when crawling under desks or behind cabs. My technician was the same until I pointed out that he would be doing a lot more of the dirty jobs like crawling about and the dress code wasn't suited to that. He now has cargo pants and a dark blue polo shirt with school crest on.

I'm afraid I am a bit of a Noob to data but learning quickly. I have the KS4 Evaluation Booklet (2013) for my school from the FFS site and have been getting some mentoring from a data manager from a school nearby. The data manager there told me that the stats and information contained within the booklet are actually looking at the exam results from summer 2012, not 2013. Is this the case as I have started analysing our actual exam results from this year to see how the compare against the predicted grades that we got but don't want to waste my time doing this if he has got his information slightly mixed up. Thanks

Only one thing to be said, C'mon Murray!!! He is by far the best Scottish, erm i mean British player we have ever had and the only hope of winning wimbledon we will have in the near future, he should have the whole of the British Isles behind him. -
Saw it yesterday and thought it was great. Thought it had a good balance of action along with story, I thought they really got the essence of superman through. Granted it had a few missing pieces of the backstory with the reasoning behind the genetic engineering and General Zod being a bit of a nut but to fit all that in and not leave the rest out would have made the film too long.

I used to be a regular donor until I had a transfusion myself, now they wont touch me. I miss my free tea and buscuits

I feel your pain. Come in one morning to a totally corrupt SAN, including VM servers. Whole network gone. Makes you thankful for a fully complete intact backup solution.

+1 to getting anything from nursery. To top it off I work in a high school and my OH works in a primary school so our house has been like a plague infested hub more times than I care to remember. Wait for the latest outbreak to pass then scrub everywhere. The latest is my little man got bitten from another little animal at nursery today so he'll probably have rabies by the time I pick him up this afternoon.

cracked.com for stupid facts about almost everything pimpthatsnack.com, just because you can

Make sure you get a properly specified server roon that is secure with air conditioning. Also make sure they give you a decent office with storage spage, a build area and some type of external window

I took over a moderate Mac network here and then added to it. Had a few issues with OD integration but nothing a bit of research didnt get to the bottom of. We now have almost 100 Macs running VM Fusion so that all students have the best of both worlds. Now we know how to controll the XServe and how everything works we wouldnt be without it.

Never really thought about that, sorry. Ive now got a pile of crossbows free to a good home, any takers:getmecoat:
