Was a very good day. Good to meet some other network managers and to hear from the vendors, particularly the guys from Impero. Thanks for the freebies and the lunch guys. Already looking forward to the next one.

Not sure to be honest. I know the PS4 is the lead console so they have more weapons and armour but I think the actual content level wise is the exact same. If you get one get xbox1 and add me, haha.

Ha, that's why my weapons are not levelling up as quick as I thought they should be. I had a couple of decent shot guns but dismantled them before the update because of the low damage. Not had one since, lol. Xur is supposed to be selling the universal remote this weekend so might give that a go.

I go on for an hour or so most weeknights and try to solo crota. I can get as far as the bridge, just doing it for the xp to level up my weapons and to try and get some new stuff. Friday nights are our raiding night, going to do VoG and Crota back to back this Friday with some of my friends from Alaska.

You on PS4? when I got the xbox I was looking at the PS but my mate talked my into xb1 as I had the 360 but everyone I meet has the ps4, haha.

Same directors as before so not really going to change. I have been informed from people who know them that at least one of their main engineers have left to work for another company. They hardly have any higher level engineer left so wouldn't like to trust my support with them with their track record.

worked for my "friend" and didn't even get a good bye, he didn't turn into work on my last day so I locked up the office and dropped the keys in his letter box at home. Got a set of really nice whisky glasses and a bottle of single malt from a school I once worked at so that made up for it.

we have just recently started using their system and we had the same issues, could not get the exporter to work and no one would ever answer the phone. Once it is up and running it seems to be ok but setting it up was a headache.

Still looking for some sort of fitness regime I can do long term. Had a serious car smash when I was 18 and it gives me serious problems now. Broke both my legs and the surgeon made a hash of cutting my muscles and nerves to put the rods in so ended up damaging them and I am now in constant pain. Used to cycle, lift weights and swim. Cant do anything anymore, swimming even one length kills me and I cant even sit on a bike. I am trying to limit my diet to make sure I don't put too much weight on while I see specialist trauma people who will structure a fitness programme to cater for my particular needs, its an absolute nightmare.

@witch I am going to try and cobble together a CV over the next few days, been a while since I have had to do one but might as well give it a go. I would be silly not to, job was even release on my birthday so that's got to be some sort of sign, lol. If I PM it over to you once it is done would you be able to take a look for me? You seem to have a bit of a name about yourself for being good at these sort of things

I have got one, its of my son when he was first born. Got it about a week after he was born 2 years ago. I cant remember having any problems with it, just uploaded the picture and followed the steps.

As Localzuk says, most school don't have the equipment to justify employing someone with dedicated AV skillset. We look after the projectors and speakers in the classrooms. If the bulb goes in the main hall then we hire in a company with scaffolding to change it. Our head of music is quite good so if there is ever a problem with the amps and mics in the hall he will fix them and also sets everything up for the end of year shows.

We have a PC and Smart board in every classroom, also 8 machines in the staffroom and also every teacher has their own laptop to use at home which they can access our network remotely.

Had a great day at Bett yesterday and was good to finally have a face to put to some of the names. Pizza from edigeek and cocktails from millgate, what's not to like.

I got one of these as well. I think a cable tidy is a good shout. Bit too small to be a wrist band and has two sticky bits on.

I have not really been impressed with any technology for the past 5-10 years really but I WANT THIS!!!! I am starting to save right now as they will charge stupid money for it but it looks amazing.

I hope it doesn't. Cant be bothered with snow, not a fan what so ever. If it messes up the trains to BETT I wont be a happy camper either I can assure you. Not going till Friday though so sure it will be fine by then.
