Hello i have been checking around on how to fix shutdown access denied 5 and i found tat you can change some thing in secpol.msc>expand local policies>user rights assigment> but i dont know what to change there

Its on a school network and i think its local i tried to make my self admin and it still say access denied

Hello when i tried to remote shutdown a computer and i typed in CMD "shutdown -i" and i added computer to shutdown and it said access denied i have been trying to find a solution but i cant find one so please help me :D things i tried: "Run cmd as administrator" "net user Administrator /active:yes"
