LOL!! Real penny drop moment then! So i've basically updated the msi and its just sat there now going "duh hello!!"... lol brilliant!!! *facepalm*

running the msp as is does result in a change of version to 11.9.3. Iinstalled it on my machine as soon as i got it and it works fine. According to the log above its applied but i still recieve error and the version is still 11.9.0.... *sigh*

log.txt From what i can see on the attached log, theres no error. But when i run TT its still only version 11.9.0 and has the error.

ARGH! Im having real fun with this one! I've had internal 2203 errors, ive had it just hang and then disappear... I'm probably doing something really fundamentally wrong..... I've set up as a Startup script under Computer configuration....it's a BAT. Theres an error with the BAT itself i think as it wont run straight from the file either... help... Any ideas?

If the netbooks are left long enough to go into standby and then are woken up, the profiles dont seem to load correctly and all we get is the desktop with just the "My Computer" icon. All of the redirected stuff is gone. Any ideas how to stop this?

Whenever staff go to update a group in Target Tracker they get the error "Runtime error 381 Could not set the list property. Invalid property array index". For those who've never used TT, its built on Excel, using loads of clever macros and things! lol Now this is installed on machines throughout school via GPO and the issue had been reported so far on 3 or 4 machines. I have tested it on my machine and am getting the same issue. I tried a repair and a quick uninstall and reinstall which doesnt seem to have worked. any other suggestions? What can make a piece of software stop working like this? An update?

Right, mate has computer with just a cd drive in. Was going to give him my cd writer when I realised mines IDE and his is sata. Are the converters on fleabag any good? What confuses me is that (dense moment) the power cable for the adapter looks like molex...but I imagined there wouldn't be any in there! Can someone explain? I can cope with just buying a Sata drive but this converter thing has confused me. Have to admit I'm out of touch with this shizzle! *hangs head in shame*

One question...does it come in purple? No no i kid...seriously though....why? Possibly a music/video player at a push...
