    I'm confuzzled. It's pointing to proxy. My zonedirector is a slightly newer i think. Now just cant decide if its external or my wireless setup. The other difference is i am running through a vlan. Would be interesting to see if its works ok at the other building on their bog standard AP's......

    Hmm, If i go to docs.google.com i get "Cannot open page" "There was a problem communicating with the secure web proxy server (HTTPS)". I'm using Ruckus managed wireless. Connecting through a guest lan and the main one uses certificates....

    Well i think it's uploading to Dropbox. Whats the use of cloud if i cant upload to it lol

    Anything of any use...lol Google docs...i have an app called Paperport Notes which has access to Dropbox but i cant access it through there.

    Has anyone here got an iPad to work succesfully through BGFL....secure sites and stuff? If so how? Is it something i need to do my end or their end? I've logged a call with them but havent had an update since.

    I have Ruckus manged system. Netbooks use a certificate dished out via GPO, staff just log onto the guest one as i stopped adding them to the domain cus it was a faff! As you can tell this sort of stuff isnt my forte! lol

    Pah. Apparently I can install certificates by just clicking them. I spent the afternoon trying to find the right one lol. Where do they actually live? As far as I'm aware all the staff laptops on the guest account work just fine. I am starting to wonder whether it may be a guest thing as my iPhone struggles with some sites too..

    we use certificates and stuff. I noticed there are some certificate settings in that config program, maybe i do it that way?

    Erm, guest wireless (via our managed Ruckus) squid servers, LA Stuff.... not up on the types of proxy but dont think ours is transparent.

    I'm having great fun *ahem* at the moment asking my LA nicely to see if they can allow me to use https sites... I know it means opening ports etc, but its a tad annoying when they are trying to push us to use these things and we cant use them properly for things like google docs etc...
