I'm getting the LG U990 on contract today. iPhone did not impress me.

does anyone know how to do a computer name query using wmi? I'm finding this a little tough to take in.

Alright gang Just followed zerohour's tutorial for creating a Activstudio3.msi file with the relevent information added to it. I know how to push software out using group policy but was wondering is it possible for me to just install activstudio3 to only the teaching machines with out taking the teaching machines out of there OU's and in to a seperate OU for deployment. does that make sense? cheers

Hi ZeroHour just created the msi package with the new info. cheers for the little tutorial. I have a quick question how did you know to add COMPANYNAME, PIDKEY etc and not COMPANY or PRODUCTKEY. just i'm sure some point I will come across a smiliar task and would like to know how you found out the correct information to add to the msi file. cheers bud

Don't need one. I have an ipod and a mobile phone. whay have all in one... pointless waste of money and the contract is crap. any way im a guy that spends £10 a month on my phone, so no chance am i gona switch just to own a plastic brick

Any one installed stitch and sew on a network computer. It works fine under domain administrator and local machine administartor but soon as i try to run it under a staff account nothing happens. i have looked at permisions using file and reg mon, found 1 access denied on regmon, which I've sorted but the program still will not load. any ideas

I've just used regmon to see whats changing as i press the keys. i've attached a screen shoot.

yep my thoughts exactly. I did use AutoIt3 window spy (Autohotkey) to try and pick up the scancode, but it dosent pick it up. great fun.

that worked, but the fn + f11 combo still works

having problems with ours at the moment. the special paper is well expensive.

nope no good the fn + f11 combo disables the wireless device in device manager. is the any way that i could stop a device in device manager from been disabled.... yikes
