so here I am working away, then I get a facebook mail from my fiencee mate asking if i have any fags. I pop up the road with some fags for her and she invites me in for a drink... fairy snuff I could dod with a drink so i acept..... any ways 2 hours pass and the next thing I know she is booking a taxi to tescos for fags... she buys me 20.. now im asking me self what the heck was that all about????

My boss thinks we can project learning walls on to the wall. basically go digital. Im strugling to find them on the net

Morning all well this caught me by suprise. My boss has asked me what I know about 360 degree projectors I had no idea that you can get these. Has anyone seen these; using them in the school; and what would you use it for? Cheers Kev

hmm its my birthday too. birthday bot emailed me though lol well I have been given the day off. the wife and I share the same birthday (same year) so we are going for a hike with the dog over blakey ridge and then on to the Lion Inn pub for a well deserved meal. 29 today!!

I have an esafety flow chart that guides IT Managers in situations like this. For us we have an Internet/network infringments folder. When we find material not suitable for school/work we print it out date, sign and inform the esafety coordinator who is also the Deputy Head Teacher. I will dig the flow chart out and post it here. if it is any use to people

I know that the rextron also do a repeater.. Also the model I have can be daisy chained. Now I am not to sure if that is 150m between devices or 150m total daisy chained.I think you would have to call them and find out. If I come across anymore info I will post here

We use Rextron VGA+Audio Extenders model EVAO2R Used for the tv system around the school, up to 150 meters.

I will be buying one for the wife and I to use for pottering about etc. I personally like it. I am intrested however to see how I could use one for work. Overall what I have seen I can see it fiting in my home. But I would like to see how far I could go with it by using it at work.... It would be good to integrate into the network, have some sort of login, and control promethean boards, take registers in the playground during fire drill etc.
