The regulations refer to data, not to the medium they're held in. Another place to start is to look at the reason for processing. Hi, I've never used Wonde. From what I've seen it looks very good, but doesn't have the facility to create AD accounts. You definitely only want one source of accounts for GSuite. As you're creating AD accounts for all the pupils, I'd personally use Azure AD Connect to create the GSuite accounts and provide SSO. (Workflow is create user in on premises AD > auto creates Azure AD > auto provision GSuite account) However, you need to consider how to get the benefits from Wonde, which might outweigh the benefits from auto provisioning via AD. My understanding is that there are a lot of benefits from using Wonde in the classroom. I'd probably start by talking to them and asking how they recommend integrating Wonde with AD - it can't be an unusually request.

I found it matched them fine and they could login, but GSuite reported server error, didn't allow access to any of the GSuite apps or the pre-existing user data. I spent hours on the phone to Google and Microsoft, neither could explain why and both blamed the other. New accounts created in AD automatically created Azure AD accounts and then GSuite accounts with all the correct permissions. It should work and YMMV, but I'd avoid it. (I was using Azure AD Connect).

I'd say new contact. There's no reason for you to hold medical or educational records about a parent (or associate them with a current student). There are specific time periods to hold data after someone has left education. If you use the original record for a parent contact, you'll end up exceeding the data retention requirement.

" You definitely need SSO set up - absolutely no benefit in having two sets of user accounts with twice as many passwords to forget/reset. Therefore they must be the same. Edit: set this up *before* you create user accounts for real people, as I had all kinds of trouble when I tried to link existing accounts.

If you can't get a USB to RJ45 single to work (MS Surface pros will only do that with MS dongles), I've used a combined USB hub and Ethernet dongle before. Make a bootable USB with "litetouchPE" wim (done within MDT) and then it will connect back to your deployment share and image as though it had pxe booted.

They love it if you run it on old Android versions. Prior to Android 8, you could run the Bluetooth stuff in the background without whatever security workaround they've come up with. I'm trying to set up a program called Jamulus at home, which should allow me to have live music practice sessions over the internet. It's a server client model; I will run the server on my PC and everyone else connects to it as clients. It needs access to specific ports - the instructions say 22124 UDP. I have set up Port Forwarding on my router (BT HomeHub 6 - no comments please!) device specific and in the range 22122 to 22125. I've also attempted to set up rules in Windows Firewall. With the Windows Firewall for Guest or Public Networks turned off, this works, so it looks like the router settings are correct. When connected, in the client I see connected to 10.28.36.252 (where 10.28.36 is made up, but matches my public ip and 252 is real). In the server, I see connection from 10.28.36.252:22134 My rules in Windows Firewall are: Inbound: Profile - All;Enabled - Yes; Action - Allow; Override - No; Program -C:\... jamulus.exe; Local Adddress - Any; Remote Address - Any; Protocol - UDP; Local Port - 22122-22125; Everything else set to Any What am I doing wrong? Because they think they'll get away with it? Context for the following: I can't see myself downloading this app. I don't trust the people developing, implementing or operating this system. I don't think it will work as intended due to protections in the operating system... I think there would be advantages in a centralised database. You could continually refine your algorithm of who to alert based on retrospective analysis of who actually catches the virus out of the people who were identified as contacts. Knowing the approximate home address of participants would make planning treatment resources easier. Knowing where the contacts which actually caused infection took place could identify the highest risk activities/locations. If the government wants to get consent for a centralised system, then they need to be prepared to put in place safeguards, such as a law to regulate the limits of its use, publication of the code, the right to have your data deleted from the database and a time limit on how long they request permission to run the project. Given how difficult health care workers have found it to tolerate, the chances of them being used effectively in school is worse than zero (i.e. Likely to do more harm than good due to being worn indirectly.) The specialists working on the Covid wards with ffp3 masks are suffering from sores on their skin. I sometimes wonder if it's a conscious choice in the hope that you're less likely to change providers if you know you have to go through the pain of setting up and managing another load of user accounts. No real excuse nowadays. There are 3rd parties that can cover most web based services if you don't have the time or knowledge to do it in house: RM Unify and Airhead come to mind.

I've bought from both these guys and can thoroughly recommend either of them. Difficult to beat the value of a refurb (it's also what I buy for personal use and recommend to friends), but if you do go for new, Very PC will see you right. Talk to them about their imaging service - well worth it even if you've got the set up to do it yourself.
