    I have found it cheaper before or not much more to drive to an airport hotel that let you leave your car there and either stay or just ask them if you can leave the car and then get a shuttle bus to the airport

    I have always suggested using raid 6 with a hot spair as this way a drive can fail then automatically rebuild, and you just have to replace the failed drive with a new one which will then be the hot spair. Yes you do loose three drives out of the array but you could use raid 10 which then looses half.

    personally i would, depremote one dc, turn it off, setup new one.. same ip etc. then do the same for each dc.

    That is firewall related, have a look on there customer portal and it will give you the ports and exemptions to allow through the firewall
