  3. Hello i re imaged the machine and it looks like that has seemed to work, strange issue
  4. I did not, surely permission haven't got anything to do with as the other teacher with a windows 10 machine would be experiencing the issue as they would have the same permissions
  5. Hello she does have the permissions, I done it on her account
  6. Hello We seem to have an issue with a teachers laptop, she is one of two people in the school who has a windows 10 machine and seems to have an issue with word where every time she opens word it will come up with a message saying "there is not enough memory or disk space to complete this operation", however she has 25GB space free I have looked into this myself and have tried the following reinstalling office - didn't work starting word with /a - worked at first but after i went off word and loaded it in normally it came up with the same error deleted the word data in registry - didn't work replaced the normal.dot file - worked at first but after a reset didn't work she is running windows 10 version of office is 2010 any ideas on how to fix this is greatly appreciated, i am willing to give the things i just listed another try
  7. I just tried running as an administrator but no luck just keeps on doing it.
  8. Permissions should be fine as majority of machines on site have working CS6 programs, I'm planning on re-imaging the machines, I will let you know if that works
  9. Hello We are currently experiencing issues with machines where whenever you go on a CS6 product it will ask for the Adobe id and then the activation code, once done it will load into photoshop (or any other product being used) and then ask for activation again, if you do the code or in fact press continue trial it will work fine however if you close photoshop and re open it, it will ask you again for activation, likewise with when log off and log back in it will repeat the process of asking to log in and activate. we are running windows 7 on the machines, and i did have to reinstall Photoshop on the machines due to it asking me to. if anyone can help that would be great
  10. We have found the issue, the issue was in internet settings regarding active X controls, we separated a students account and monitored the policies applied to it and see what it changed. eventually we got to the correct ones which have fix the problem, thank you all for the help
  11. Hello According to a teacher who uses impero, when on live thumbmails students who machines are logged on are appearing black and she can't see them, the same thing happens on the main machine at the office any ideas? Thanks
