We use HP's and when I go into Printers and Faxes if any have low toner, it says in the status column, again this requires being proactive.

If they're doing it with EFS then do the following: 1. Open the GPO 2. In the Group Policy Object Editor, expand Computer Configuration, expand Windows Settings, expand Security Settings, expand Public Key Policies, and then click Encrypting File System. 3. Right-click Encrypting File System, and then click Properties. 4. Clear the Allow users to encrypt files using Encrypting File System (EFS) check box, and then click OK.

If you've dissabled access to the command prompt in your Group Policy, even if the users finds cmd.exe it still wont let them execute it.

Just to point out this still won't nativley boot on a none Apple intel board. The retail versions of x86 OS X still needs a machine with EFI and not a BIOS which as far as I'm aware only Apple are using at the moment. Although this release is different to the leaked developer files that could be booted on an intel machine I suppose it's only just a matter of time before this is hacked to work with vmware or something!
