Restock fees are just stupid. I used to work at a different reseller that charged £20 or 20%, whichever was greater! It used to anger soooo many clients but no matter what i said, they were having none of it as it was a MASSIVE company so what the big boss said went. PANTS! Cheers

Evening guys, I'm not sure if anyone will be looking at this as it's a serious bit of kit that has a serious cost of around £15k! However, if you are looking into this seriously, I can arrange a "try before you buy" trial for up to 3 months. It's a new offer we can get through HP. The trial does cost £x per month though, depending on what option you go for, because some people have used it just to do certain jobs which isn't what HP want, surprisingly Anyway, if you want more info, just let me know Ta Luke

I obviously haven't done it myself but a school of mine have a Cisco VOIP system I helped them quote and install. I'd recommend a conf call with Cisco or whoever you want, to talk through the solution which I can arrange for you. It depends on what kind of budget you're working to but don't rule out Cisco because you might think it's expensive, public sector can get some really attractive discounts! Hope this helps Luke
