Issue with displaying citrix published desktop
pughburt replied to pughburt's topic in Thin Client and Virtual Machines
Hi teklogic, Thanks for your response have you had chance to look through your notes for the regkey settings? -
Hi All, We have just switched from windows embedded to thinpro HP t510 thin clients however when connecting to the published desktop via the ICA connection the full screen display does not display the correct resolution. Is there a setting of some sort on the server side where you can configure display settings for the clients as I have exhausted all avenues to get it to display correctly we are running xenapp 6.5 windows server 2008 r2. thanks in advance

Hi All, Has anyone got experience with NetApp I am trying to diagnose a citrix issue in the environment people are complaining of slowness and everything looks fine the only thing I can really point out is the CPU utilization on the NetApp is running at 100% can anyone tell me if this is normal and if not any troubleshooting I can do to find out the cause? Thanks in advance josh

DNS issues? Unable to view servers by hostname from clients
pughburt replied to klop's topic in Windows Server 2008
Are the clients DHCP? Has DNS been authorized? Have you assigned the correct DNS in DHCP? -
Anyone know if this is going to fix all the issues in IE 10? so many activex/ java based issues were had that we had to always put ie 8/9 browser mode on or use a different browser what a royal pain!

Implementing XENmobile would be great for what you want to achieve but it depends on scope.

Hi All, Does anyone have any ideas or templates on how I would create a script for the following scenario: We have 28 citrix servers and we need "user a" to be checked for stuck roaming profiles that have not gone after logging off to be removed from all 28. We also need this script to then remove "user a" roaming TS profile from the profile server. Any advice would be appreciated
-
check if you can ping google dns servers 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 if you can do a tracert
-
Hi Firefox, No they log on with the same roaming profile for everything and yes we are using environment variables. Hope that helps.
-
Can't do that because changes have to be saved on logoff
-
Yes thats correct
