    It is easy to spout on about how good you are, or to make this profile look amazing. At the end of the day we are all just human and we have to work with each other day to day.

    I like to think that I get on well with people and I have spent many years leading teams of up to 70 people in various service sectors.

    I love being able to help customers find the right solution. If you like to talk things through in the good old fashioned way, face to face or on the phone, then I am the person for you.

    I have over 13 years of service driven experience in my two main areas of interest.

    Internet Connectivity - xDSL, FTTC, EFM and Leased Lines
    Internet Security - Hardware Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention, Content Filtering, Two Factor Authentication and Backup.

    Hi, This is a service we provide as standard to a number of customers that provide distance learning or support for Children excluded from school. Pricing is £25 a month for a DSL connection.

    Hi, If I can help any one with pricing, do let me know. You get free ADSL backup with us and we provide the PSTN line as well so you don't even need to sort that. We have some schools that are taking EFM for the failover if you want a slightly better upload speed, for that just in case scenario.     We run all of ours in XenServer Virtual Machines running Ubuntu. Have no issues at all.

    On all things it depends on how things are set up and what you want to get out of it. A central local authority Netsweeper setup is going to look very different to one that you have created and manage yourself. It is the same with the SonicWALL. We can provide you with ademo SonicWALL if you want to try it out and get a feel for what it can or can't do. Just let me know.

    Hi, For education the SonicWALL does not yet have the granularity that you require to do the best job. It does have a lot of application control that other filtering units are missing. We are generally providing SonicWALL with a hosted Netsweeper solution that seems to give the control that is needed, backed up by the bandwidth management and profiling that the firewall can offer.

    Yeah, but that is OK. You can pull out at no cost if there are Excess Construction charges. If you have the signoff on a good quote, or we can provide you one, get the order going and then you will know

    Hi, Like David says, Virgin provide a great service at a good price, but it sometimes takes a little bit of pushing them up a hill to get it installed.

    Hi, We have a cloud based solution that can integrate with your AD if needed. The charges vary depending on the quantity of mailboxes to clean.
