Bit a of long shot restarting the print spooler aswelll But I agree I think it is a print driver issue What is the make and model of the printer might be able to define more

is it like heart shapeds and gobbled letters I would recommend updating the drivers for the printer does this happen in every room

Also what the is make and model of the switch Might be able to shed some light on it

I use a program called Visual X3 Audit Scans the network and easy to use and good reporting features aswell Visionsoft - Visionsoft Auditing, Patch Management and Security Software

Also check with the techincal support to see if there is a firmware update for the board We had issue when you write on the board it would look like spiking got a firmware update cd install and now fully working

I got to disagree I have a membership and love it full of usefull information Is it because you are logged in alreadly on the machine that you are using normally it says sign for the soultion to your problem :-)
