For what it's worth my initial thoughts are that maybe you could send to EntrySign directly if BM will give you contact details. Possibly arrange individual remote sessions via TeamViewer QuickSupport so you're kind of controlling access each time.

It works @TechMonkey Is there a way I can get it to write the GroupID to a CSV please? Trying this myself so far has yielded the results of being asked for an input object and a blank CSV being created

Thanks @TechMonkey I'll give it a go, I think I just worried when I saw it searching for more than the amount of Teams in the CSV.

@TechMonkey Actually if I import my CSV before running your script it does do something but it's going off and searching for way more than the 15 or so Teams in the CSV

@TechMonkey I'm not very good with PowerShell, I've got a CSV with just one column that has a header and the Teams names below it. I've got as far as a command that imports the CSV and writes the Teams names to a variable but now I am confused as to how I get it to go off and get the GroupId for each of those? I'm guessing in your script there you are importing the CSV to the $Teams variable and your column in the CSV is called 'Team'?

@Steve21 I've got all of my Teams names with their owners and I've got all of my Teams names with their GroupID but not together, from the list of Team names I've taken all of the ones I want to delete (for which I need the GroupID unless I'm mistaken) so now I want to export the GroupID for only the Teams I want to delete. Not exactly an answer to your problem but I needed to delete a lot of Teams recently so I did it by exporting data from Teams Admin Centre into Excel\CSV then used a CONCATENATE formula to populate the PowerShell command to delete each one. Maybe you you could do something similar to change Team names before you archive, then change the command in the formula for one that archives the Teams? Doesn't a prefix of some sort get added when Teams are archived anyway?

Good afternoon all, This is the first year I've had to worry about leavers processes and I'm wondering what the best practice is for staff and student home directories, I notice that disabling users in AD doesn't have any impact on the associated home directory. Is there something I should be doing to ensure these home directories are archived and no longer being backed up (that's my main concern)? Thanks in advance

Thanks @Tys The classroom monitoring software is a good shout but unfortunately we think this did\didn't happen in the Mac suite where we don't use it. I'll check event logs but don't know if we have auditing as I'm still quite new in post and inherited setup.

@David44 yes technically the name isn't 100% correct in MIS, I've left the character in but without the umlaut Thanks @localzuk Interestingly the umlaut was also causing an issue with sync between MIS and cashless catering platform so two problems solved for the price of one fix here

Good morning all, Does anybody know of a way to set up either a Microsoft Form or Google Form in such a way that the person filling it out receives a receipt number in addition to the standard e-mail? It's a bit of an issue for us around new starter applications, with no real tracking it leads to complaints from parents. Thanks in advance

@PotNoodleTech Yeah Google Classroom broke for that one student and everything else was fine, turns out it was all to do with an umlaut in the surname, removed that from MIS which then synced to AD which in turn synced to Google and problem solved.

Good morning, This one is driving me mad, I've got one student in the entire school who cannot log into Google Classroom and gets the 'e-mail cannot be verified' error. It was working fine until a couple of months ago and I can't even think what would have changed other than moving his account from Exchange on prem to 365 but this happened for lots of students who haven't had an issue. Anybody got any suggestions please? Thank you

Good morning everyone, If I've understood correctly it is default behaviour with shared mailboxes that Sent Items will go into the Sent Items of the user who has permissions on the mailbox. I understand this can be changed so the Sent Items go to both the shared mailbox and user. But can it be set so the Sent Items from the shared mailbox only go to the Sent Items of the shared mailbox and not the Sent Items of the user. Thank you

Good morning, Was looking into an issue whereby this organisation couldn't have Teams meetings with external participants, "this meeting doesn't allow guests" error. Did some digging and have switched on the following settings in the following locations which appear to have fixed it but I'm wondering if this is the correct fix: Meetings settings>Anonymous users can join a meeting Meeting policies>Global (Org-wide default)>Anonymous users can join a meeting My thinking is whether or not these should actually be off and maybe there's a way of treating externals as not anonymous or guests? Or how to allow meetings for guests (assuming that's different to anonymous). Anybody got any advice or guidance on any of that please? Thanks
