  1. Are you using LGFLMail? If so I've logged and issue and they have said that they are aware of the issue and hope to have a resolution soon.
  2. @asangster: We had the same problem. A quick call to SmoothWall and they sorted us out. You need to add fronter.com to the "Do not require authentication" section on Guardian - Authentication - Settings and also add it to the associated user defined category. Ours is called "Unauthenticated IPs Allow" Michael
  3. Seems to be flicking between the two. I think he did announce it the other day though!
  4. Was just about to log this myself. Also happening when doing a normal search.
  5. To get it to work here. I had to set the proxy details and port 801 in the ESM Server. If it still doesn't work add the IP of the server to Smoothwall - Guardian - Proxy - Web Proxy - Exception local IP addresses. Mike
  6. Thanks, This is what I was trying to achieve and now have. I had some of the permissions wrongly set when I posted.
  7. Probably from the same film studio as this masterpiece! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0xig56owAk
  8. Hi, I have just setup a new staff shared area, which hopefully we'll be able to keep manageable. I have created all subject and department folders within the root share but I want to disallow staff creating any new ones on the root. We want to allow staff to be able to create files and folders within the folders below and will restrict folders with NTFS permissions. Does anyone have this setup already? if so could you send me a couple of screenshots of the following so that I can replicate it here: Folder share permissions Root folder permissions Any folder within the share permissions Thanks, Michael
  9. Just google'd for cow puns and EG was the first hit. http://www.edugeek.net/forums/general-chat/27827-cow-puns-anyone.html Seems like we've got a bit of De'Ja Moo
  10. Hi, Does anyone have a spare power supply that we could borrow or purchase from you? ENP-2316BR - We need it to test our Quantum Superloader that has died. The power supply is also used in some SUN and HP Libraries. Thanks, Mike
  11. Just wondered if anyone had managed to get the toner levels to show via a web interface like how the original poster wanted. We have PCounter which we can see individual toner levels but I cant seem to get a report for all toner levels. Michael
  12. Bit of a revival! Did anyone manage to do this? Michael
  13. Marvellous as always. Many many thanks..... Any chance of the PSD aswell? pretty please... Michael
  14. A friend has asked me to see if I can recreate or update his logo for his business. All they have for their logo is a screenshot that has been taken from Google Earth of the sign above their shop. I have tried to recreate it but the slanted lines look to jaggered no matter what I do in Photoshop. The colour should be Cosmos Blue R:37 - G: 88 - B: 132 and the other a Rich red. If anyone is able to do this for me, i'll happily send a few beers over paypal. Thanks, Michael
  15. Where are you getting this info from?? Edit - Just read the first post... Are only selected people allowed access to the dev forum?

  17. I have managed to get it to scroll! but not from the network share. I was copying your code into the embed section on xibo. Thats why it wasn't working. I copied your code into a new html doc and uploaded it to our webserver along with the 2 .js file and pointed the src to the other uploaded file on the webserver. Then in the region on xibo I added a webpage instead of embedded. Regards, Michael
  18. One more bit of info from me... I would like to be able to store the html page on a shared drive so that the file can be updated without anyone having to ftp it to the webserver. I can call the file in xibo from the shared drive and it displays correctly but don't know if the scrolling will work from there. Regards, Michael
  19. Hi Simon, This looks like it should work, but no matter what I do it doesn't. JQuery is a part of Xibo but it appears to be 1.4.1 - I have tried placing the jquery.scrollto.js plugin in the jquery folder on the server but it still wont scroll. Can you recommend anything else to try? Michael
  20. Hi All, I'm trying to get a word document that has been saved as a .mht to display in XIBO and continuously auto scroll. I can get the file to show in an iframe but seems to be impossible for it to scroll automatically. I have also tried embedding the iframe in div tags but nothing. Has any acheived this with XIBO or do you have a better way or doing it? Thanks, Michael

  23. Thank You... The Microsoft patch fixed it. I'd thought that I had looked everywhere aswell. Maybe next time I should reread the manual.
  24. Hi All, I'm playing with Xibo and i'm trying to embed a powerpoint to a region that I have created. When I run the client, the powerpoint tries to open full screen and not in the region created. Do I have to do anything for it to display correctly? The client is running XP and Office 2007 - IE8. Thanks, Michael
