Hi Nick, Thanks for the quick reply. I can now see the announcement icon. I obviously wasn't looking hard enough. I can't seen any sections regarding the Help Desk or Booking in the web.config, could this be due to issues I have modifying the config from the Setup.aspx file? I'm only able to change settings by directly modifying the hapconfig.xml I'm unable to browse the directory when adding groups and when modifying some settings, I simply get a Not Found error message.

Hi, I've just updated to V7.10 and have enabled My Files Version 4.0. This all seems to be ok. - HAP+ seems to get sooo much better with every release!! Couple of Issues with some other sections though. I don't know how to make an announcement... Even when Logged in as a Domain Admin I can't see where to do it. I'm unable to access the Help Desk, Logon Tracker or Booking System unless logged in as an Domain Admin. Clicking any of the links as a User sends me to the HAP login screen again. Any Help?? We had problems on the LGFL 1.0 from Saturday until Today. I logged it on the ServiceDesk and was given the following response. Maybe this affected the 2.0 Service... Ours still isn't working/commissioned even though we've had everything installed weeks ago!!

Hi @nickbro, I've tried to do a new CSR request at StartSSL, but when I enter the subdomain it says the following. Shall I just choose another subdomain and point it to hap.mydomain.com or can I still stick with home as staff already know this url. Regards, Michael

Hi, I've been informed that the certificate we use for HTTPS access to HAP+ has expired. I previously used the free one from StartSSL as recommended but cannot remember how to update the cert in IIS8. Can anyone shed some light? Regards, Michael

I had a similar problem with Smoothwall and Elluminate. In the end I had to deploy java settings to set the jave applet to bypass smoothwall using port 801. You'll have to use a file manager to create the folders on your internal storage or SD card or connect the usb and organise the photos. I can recommend Explorer or Root Explorer by the same publisher if you want to pay for a root access file manager. Michael

Hi, Any Excel Guru's online I have a excel speadsheet with 2 sheets. On sheet 1 I have a list of usernames in column A and a list of codes in column B. On sheet 2 I have the list of codes in column A and the description in column B What formula do I need to enter on sheet 1 column C to lookup the table on sheet 2 find the code that matches and display the description cell in the formula cell?
