Hi Tom, Interesting problem; Can you try the following please: 1/ Disable the second output in the BIOS, leaving just the Primary output as DVI-D. The output should still be clonable using the Intel utility while in Windows, or by using Windows itself 2/ And/or try a BIOS update to version 46 or later, as the newer BIOSes have an updated Video BIOS: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=20043&lang=eng&OSVersion=&DownloadType=BIOS Bear in mind that a BIOS update might erase your preferred video output settings, so you might need to set them again in the BIOS. Hi, Can you confirm which card you have, from any stickers on the card? Its either an Adaptec 2610SA or an LSI MegaRAID 150-6. Both are very old cards and I wouldnt expect to find specific Windows 7 drivers. If its the LSI, the download page is here: Legacy Products : MegaRAID SATA 150-6 (523) : LSI Either way, yes, you do need to create a RAID drive before you can use the disk in Windows. - If you want to access each individual disk in Windows, you will need to create a RAID 0 for each drive in the RAID BIOS - If you want to access the disks together on one volume, create a RAID 5 in the RAID BIOS. However I should warn you now that the LSI Megaraid 150-6 and Adaptec 2610SA are very poorly performing cards, if you just want individual drive access (no RAID volumes) then a £20 SATA card will do much better. Just to offer help for those that are on CC3 with Stone hardware - I can help with searching for drivers and automating the installation of all drivers during the build process, so you dont have to add video/sound etc. drivers afterwards. Sorry if this a little off topic, just trying to help out if anyone is stuck

Hi, I've had some more users mention that installing Vista first and then upgrading to Windows 7 seems to work. Its possible that you could use a Windows XP or Vista based PE boot CD that includes DISKPART to create a primary active NTFS partition on the drive, and then format it, and then get Windows 7 to install to it. If that works, it may be a quicker way of getting Windows 7 working. Just a suggestion... Regards, Andrew

Hi, For anyone that still doesnt have this working, can I recommend this possible work-around please? - Install the MR052 "D" version BIOS - http://www.stonecomputers.com/ftp/andrews/mr05210c10d.zip (this ZIP contains the C BIOS too, in case you need to roll-back). - Do a custom/advanced Installation of Windows 7, which allows you pick the partition sizes. Windows will automatically try and create a 100MB boot partition, for functions such as EFS - you need to delete this partition and install Windows onto the first and only NTFS primary partition on the disk. I cant guarantee that this will work, but its my best suggestion for now

Got to also be worth checking CPU temps and that sort of thing - CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting - really good monitoring tool!
