It's a security issue by the looks of things, check your NTFS permissions on the App_Data folder

You need to make sure that: a) you are running hap as the application pool identity b) you have turned off readonly for colours.xml in the App_Data folder c) that the application pool has read/write access to the App_Data folder

Your AD password is wrong in the hapConfig.xml file. Enable everyone to get into the setup page, put the domain admin password in and save the configuration again. That will re-encrypt the password.

Should be fixed in v9 with the new NTFS permissions, instead of read/write checks, you can for not disable readwrite checks in the HAPConfig.xml
