    we use https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00JRD7A3Q. Never had a problem and we are on our fourth lot of 50x. The black is probably a little lighter than the original ones, but for the price can't be beaten.

    I have had problems with: Slow Webadmin No access to Webadmin Access denied to Webadmin Unfiltered Internet Random blocking of sites - even when listed as allow in the Local List

    Biggest problem we have is non-staff people (people delivering training, external agencies etc..) assuming they can just come and plug a stick in.

    We block all USB storage devices with Sophos anti-virus, then white-list school encrypted sticks and put cameras as read only.

    Webadmin slow..... Users reporting youtube is blocked (we unblock it for staff and pupils...) but I can't check as Webadmin no load.....

    Still working ok today. Keep checking every now and again to see if we are still getting filtering as expected. Bit annoying...

    Hmm. From memory I turned off SSL inspection on sage.co.uk and sage.com and this seem to fix things.

    There is a parent case open. Sophos AV is blocking for us. But without Sophos we can get to some unsavoury sites....

    there is something not right. Filtering is not applying as expected.

    we have filtering. But I am sure some sites that were previously blogged became unblocked - however can't be sure that wasn't due to another change. I did manually block them yesterday, but that doesn't seem to have worked.... oh and now the webadmin has gone slow.....

    There is a database connection problem which does not allow the WebAdmin to use NSD configuration database. Please make sure that the service is running on the server and the database exists.

    Some printers/MFD have a setting that only allows you to print from specific IP's. Brother calls this "IPV4 filter" on their printers. Could this be setup?

    Does any one have problems with the "Request Log Files" page. While trying to watch traffic from a client it will randomly have a "Connection Error" and fail. It makes it hard to troubleshoot filtering issues.
