Would using a virtual windows machine on the teachers mac not be an option and then just use a free windows password reset util ? Such as Burconix : Reset Student User Password Free Tool for Schools, Business and Education - Burconix Wisesoft ( Registration on site is free , login and download / install ) : Password Control So virtual box or if you want a paid one then VMWare Fusion or Parallels ? Teacher can then login to the VM of Windows 7 ( whatever version of windows ) , login as themselves using there AD Login details, maybe even add them as local admin on the VM and install which ever password reset utility and do it that way ?

Which app did you or are you using now and what did you have to do to get this working ?

Never gone anywhere near that but do use OnyX or at least used to. What was your brother wanting the util / app for ? Anti malware / anti virus / clearing temp files / logs etc or what exactly ? @Arthur ....

Not sure if this is an option due to electrical wiring between any of the school building(s) and the hut but possibly powerline adaptors ( Devolo / TP Link or any other brand ) ? Also if you try a laptop connected to the nearlest wireless AP - what is the connection like / does it keep dropping out or very weak and not very fast etc ?

Never used it to pay for digital goods - always used it online to pay for physical goods ie went onto website that accepted google wallet as a form of payment, placed item into e-basket and checked out using google wallet, paid successfully and said item(s) were delivered So is it just the digital side of google wallet that is being axed then ie you can't use google wallet to pay for digital goods like on facebook etc yet you can still use it for physical goods ?

Used it once years ago to pay for an external WD hard drive and maybe once or twice after that to buy a couple of other things Not used it for a long time and now it is getting axed anyway , meh PayPal / Apple pay / Pay via Debit or Credit card so plenty of other ways to pay for services or goods anyway

How is the script being run ie as a startup script or a logon script etc as think there are a few ways to make the script run and each way launches the script with different access rights Just a thought

Didn't you get a card to say Parcel / Package Delivered to house number X or something along those lines ? Someone has probably already asked ^^^^^ but not got chance to read through all the posts at the min, normally they card the property to advise what is happening so either collect from your nearest depot or left package with neighbour X or parcel left near your bins or something ?? Least you sorted it out in the end Just a case of waiting to find out where they put said package
