  1. Try Malware Bytes Anti Malware it always seems to be the more thorugh program, if spy/adware is your problem.
  2. The microsoft Tool seemed to be more thorough with scheduled tasks and services that Conficker creates.
  3. Use the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal tool in a startup script. Worked best for me.
  4. More weapons. Lots of Melee weapons and certain tactics are employed to stop you camping at certain points such as acid spitting beasties and an endless supply of zombies until you get to the end of run.
  5. Replication is easy to set up. I did it to get the settings across to a new install. All you do is specify a master and a slave and import the encryption key. System > Maintenance > Replication.
  6. I will be on tonight if anyone is up for it. Sick of playing with randoms who run off, get killed and get you mobbed. /n FhM
  7. Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Registry. Right click context menu for options
  8. I find 4oD to be unreliable, even at home. I had to restart a program 5 times last week and ended up watching all the dam adverts again every time when I tried to fast forward to the spot it went at. It kept breaking on the adverts as well it wasn't a random place.
  9. I'm In now.
  10. Fixed.
  11. Our Network Guardian box does all that.
  12. I still haven't had my hands on a chainsaw yet! I am quite liking Dark Carnival but I have only played Dead centre once. I have given up on games last week as the other players were just doing their own thing and we were getting killed every time. Those spitters annoyed me at first but they are a good addition as twice it stopped me and another guy camping on the scaffolding, so makes it a bit more dynamic.
  13. I would be interested in this but I am at college tonight. Definitely another night though.
  14. Thanks for that I was suspecting this and certainly didn't want to be buying another fuser as it seems the current one has a long life yet.
  15. I am going to try some other toner for now just to rule that out. There may be excessive amounts being poured out.
  16. or if your like me you never use spaces when your naming stuff if you can help it. This includes paths group names etc. Bloody spaces are more trouble than they are worth
  17. I recently had this sort of problem with a new image I made and I do have that GP setting enabled but it still didn't work for me. In the end it was the NIC drivers not starting quick enough and I found some better ones.
  18. I don't think so, should still be the same stuff and it is stored in my office which is warm enough.
  19. We keep getting print outs stuck on in the fuser rollers just before it comes out of the printer. At first it only seemed to happen to on print outs with lots of colour, now it seems to happen on ones with a lot less colour. The fuser still has about 91% so I am not keen to replace. It has been cleaned thoroughly but starts the same problems after a day or 2 afterwards. We have been using some compatibles on it but we have been using them for months so I cant see the problem coming back so quick after a thorough clean. Any ideas as I can't say I have ever come across a problem like this before so I am a bit stuck. Cheers Chris
  20. Get a rape alarm and put it inside one of the machines. Stick the cord to the back of the blanking plate in such a way, that if it is pushed in it goes off. Leave a little slack so It doesn't go off if prodded. You may want to muffle the alarm slightly.
  21. It looks like it couldn't access the AD log and transaction files. Maybe a hardware error HD RAID array or it may have just been one of them things. Time to make sure you have good backups and start testing hardware.

    Left 4 Dead 2

Just so you know I spent last night chopping of zombies heads with a sword and some other guy on there had a chainsaw. In one swing he killed all the zombies in front of him and all of us stood near him as we were all low on health. Vote kick

    Left 4 Dead 2

I will be having a go tonight as I have been busy this week. Looking forward to all the new content.
  24. There is always something to do, especially for me. I rely on everything running smoothly so I can do all my SIMs stuff such as assessment etc.
  25. I had this on my old install. But my fresh one seems to be working. Smoothwall support will fix it for you. I just never got round to getting them remote access for us so it got left for ages.
