ESP works with a IT Networking, software and support company in oxford area which requires a temporary resource with HTML5 and Jquery skills to work with the lead programmer and write various scripts to do with creating Single Sign On (SSO) templates to enable client access to cloud technologies from any client device. We are currently recruiting for a CMIS Data Manager on behalf of a large secondary school in North West London. This is a full time position working 35 hours a week all year round, with a salary of £30k. You will be responsible for maintaining and running the schools MIS system, assisting in the production of the school annual timetable, recording student assessment and reporting on student progress. You will also be required to complete relevant statistical returns such as the schools termly Census. Ideally the candidate will have relevant experience in using the CMIS database and Excel for producing spreadsheets although a working knowledge of other databases may still be considered (E.g. Network Manager required for established local authority secondary school in East London/City area. The position requires someone with a technical background but strong strategic/management capabilities to lead a small team of technicians and take responsibility from senior leaders for the smooth running of the curriculum network, library and administration functions. The school is looking to replace their outgoing network manager ideally with a permanent replacement or with a temporary/contract resource in the short term with skills in Mac and Windows Server 2008, VMware, Citrix to the desktop, imacs, ipads, DNS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows 7, biometrics, voip, cisco etc You will manage the day to day activities of the technicians, managing backups, operational IT tasks and work with the slt to deliver a 3 year IT strategy. I have 2 different MAC installation projects to fulfill this summer, short term work. A large school in North London requires a Windows Server Contractor to drive a Windows 7 deployment to over 800 machines during the summer break. Starting asap the ideal candidate will have a current CRB, be MCSE or MCP qualified and be able to manage, from a technical perspective, a full windows 7 deployment using WDS, Server 2008/2012 and ideally VMWare or other virtualisation technologies.
