you'll need to make sure you have the relevant permissions to view the mailbox. are you logged in as domain admin?

i've got to say thanks as well. theres no direct equilivent but the mcitp:EA is the closest. It's not the same as the MCSE is cumulative but the EA basically doesn't test on the components building upto the exam. so you cna now gain mcse equilivent without having to do mcsa equilivent

having done both i would suggest doing mcsa in 2003 then having a think. the upgrade path is quite nice but the 2003 track is for me a little better.

alternatively you could buy the testout range, the ms press books and a technet sub for about the same price. not saying that ones better than the other, but worth considering.

not sure what your trying to achieve? just machines with only notepad and wordpad? you could do that by chopping out all the program options from default users, all users etcetc.

will be important with these file sizes that its fairly local to the machine, if the machines are all on a gig switch with the fileserver usign teamed network cards you'll see a big difference!.

i wont be using them if this is how they do business.
