  1. @itskdog Once you setup the WHfB passkey, do you see it as one of your authentication methods on the Security info section on your account? We have rolled out WHfB but with the SMS depreciation happening soon, we are not sure if staff can only have WHfB it looks like they will also need another form i.e a passkey in the authenticator app. So we have to target getting those with SMS and those with only SMS + WHfB
  2. This sounds interesting. Is there an extra cost associated with having the Senso iOS app or does it come included as standard?
  3. The devices are hybrid Azure AD joined?
  4. Have you tired sharing the internet connection through the Mac? So that way it can get the connection to Jamf Or we have purchased a lighting to ethernet adaptor which then lets it talk to Jamf via that (have to ensure you have the policy to allow usb devices whilst locked enabled on the iPad)
  5. We use http://www.macfixer.co.uk they are really good. Prompt service and have transparent pricing on their website Just email them, they will give a quote, send it off and they will then let you know when they're done and when to expect them back in the post with an invoice attached
  6. You may have solved this by now but to solve the password issue you need to go into the xampp server click on config next to apache then open phpMyAdmin (config.php.ini) scroll to the right and you will see ['user']:root then ['password'] :** all you need to do is add the password (within the asterix) you set when you initially set it up on the admin page.
  7. I posted a question on there just before posting here just wanted to see if anyone else has had the same issue
  8. Hey guys got our new xibo setup up and running but I'm having a problem with .net framework its coming up with an out of memory error, I can see in task manager that Xibo is using about 1.4gb of ram, even if i close the xibo client is runs in the background eating memory until i end the process. Has anyone came across this or know a fix?

The Companies name is S C & H Solutions I've had a go which ive attached but was wondering if anyone with better skills than me could help me out. The only things that are a must are the heart beat line and a heart on the logo somewhere. Many thanks
  10. Thanks for the replies guys. Think we'll go with an Acer Aspire Revo 3700
  11. We would be looking at running the server side of it on this machine too, does that make much of a difference?
  12. We are looking at getting this here just trying to work out what sort of pc we'll need what are all you guys using? was thinking of using an Intel atom + ion2 based machine
  13. thank you so much, looks really good
  14. Hi all At the moment we are planning the process of upgrading to windows server 2008 + Win 7 and at the same time are looking to change the layout / hardware in the IT suite. I was hoping to get some ideas from other primary techs of how your it suite(s) are laid out. We currently have 16 desktops but we are thinking of replacing these with our existing fizzbook laptops which have poor battery life so will be left plugged in then buying another set of netbooks for the classes to share
  15. Sysman have been thinking and as its our 50th anniversary since the school was opened I was wondering if you could do a jubilee themed logo, maybe adding a golden crown and write 50th anniversary above? If you or anyone else has got some ideas would be great. thanks
