Your current advert for a PA to the Headteacher is a better salary, for what ultimately is a smaller skillset. Perhaps the same salary for TTO, instead of full time. I was 12 years as assistant IT manager in a Glos School, was always TTO as was the NM. IMHO it doesn't need to be a full time role. Either way I'd say you're £5k off the mark
