We often copy and paste website from the address bar of our browsers. However, despite copying the entire address, the system doesn't copy the content even if I right click and select the copy option after selecting the entire address. I have to go back and copy it multiple times before pasting it on another place. The problems is not specific to Chrome, but Edge is also having the same issue. Has anyone faced this bug?

I generate an XML file from a sims report on my work server and copy/paste it onto my laptop. Every time I do so it increases in size and a large chunk gets copied from inside the text and appended after the final closing tag - obviously making the XML unusable. The only way I can stop this is to zip the file before copy/paste. The effect is quite reproducible and seems to happen to any xml output more than a couple of hunderd lines long. Anyone any idea why this is happening and how to stop it? A snippet from one of the received files is below (with UPNs changed). See how part of a previous UPN field is appended after what should be the final tag and the last line of the file finishes part way through the tag This is a shortend version of the received file. Apart from installing it I've never sat down and used Report Assist before. A teacher has just gave me her laptop and said that in the past she has been able to copy and paste from pupil to pupil direct from the childs report (not from the statement list). I can't recreate this, I can only create a new general statement and double click it to appear in different pupil reports. Is she right? Can you copy and paste direct from pupil to pupil, I can't find anything in the help file. I hope this makes sense to somebody both she and the software are driving me nuts. Read through as many posts about RA as possible first but can't find anything about this. cheers all.
