Hi, I'm having issues with sound on one of our ActivBoard 300s. The board is connected and the pen works fine, but there is no sound. The on/off switch for the built in amplifier is neither red nor green. Does this indicate a broken part or simply the power cable has fallen out of the amp (I can't see any missing cables). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dan

Give @Millgate a call. We've had a few 3rd party projectors and mounts for our boom mounted projectors on promethean boards. Have all worked well.
