Hello! Have rolled out Office 2010 on our CC4 network here, but having no joy what-so-ever in getting it to auto configure when first run. Followed TEC1366633 on the RM support site, but still no joy. After searching abouts it seems that most people have no problem with this, however they are running Exchange 2003 where as we are on 2007 which I suspect what is causing the issue. In the RMMC the exchange.prf that is used for the auto config process does seem to be quite old, 2002....is there a newer one that anybody is anywhere of (can't find anything mentioned on RM's site) or edits that can be made to the old one? Barring that is anyone else having trouble with this so I don't feel quite so alone?

Currently we are using Bloxx here as our internet filtering solution, but are thinking about moving to Lightspeed. Just had a webinar and demonstration with them, looks impressive...the web zone features look useful and I like the idea of 'The Big Campus'. Anyone here using Lightspeed? Wouldn't mind hearing some experiences of it.

Anyone know of any good (and importantly free) DVD to AVI software out there? All I can find are trail applications that will only do a small part of the disc, or print a watermark over the ripped video. Thanks!

Using ' Pazera Free MP4 to AVI' to convert files. All is well now, it was just a matter of the workstation that I was testing on missing codecs

Hello! Have searched the AV forum for this topic, but not found it or anything similar. However, if I have missed it somehow, please point me in the correct direction. Having a bit of trouble with uploading videos to Clickview....which I am new to in my new job. I understand that clickview does not like MP4 format and has/likes to use AVI. Got a couple of videos to upload (The Shakespeare Uncovered series) that a staff member has in MP4 format. Converted them to AVI (XviD 1.2.2 code with Pazera Free MP4 to AVI Converter 1.6) and uploaded them without problems with the ClickView Digital Video Recorder. However, when they will not playback with the clickview client....although all over videos currently do (rules not the machine on which the client is installed?). Have raised a call with clickview themselves, but not heard anything back and was just wonder if anyone here had any bright Ideas I could try...have also tried converting the MP4 into both WMV format, but that refused to upload at all.
