Hello all. Having an issue, calls open with both RM and Lightspeed support, but still unresolved. Lightspeed is working a treat here, but we have an issue on our CC4 anywhere servers (Citrix). When the Light speed user agent is installed, the RM Management Console with not open up, errors with "Authentication Error. Connot contact the server". When the user gent is uninstalled, works normally. Anyone else seen this?
